Shipping Information

All orders are shipped within 2 working days of payment by Royal Mail 1st Class. This means you can expect your order within 3-5 working days of your order. If it's really urgent, just message our team to see if we can send it any earlier - we'll try and make it work for you however we can.

Returns

Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. You also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and may return it for a full refund, but you will have to pay the postage.

If you want to return your order, please return to the below address. Please send it unworn and in the condition it was sent. You have 14 days to return it.
