All orders are shipped within 2 working days of payment by Royal Mail
1st Class. This means you can expect your order within 3-5 working
days of your order. If it's really urgent, just message our team to
see if we can send it any earlier - we'll try and make it work for you
however we can.

Returns & Exchanges

Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have
a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a
refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are
faulty or misdescribed. You also have the right to cancel your order
within 14 days of receiving it, and may return it for a full refund,
but you will have to pay the postage.
